metrics wrong? Ink issue? Glitch??

My upload and late shipment rates are wrong. My late late shipping went from 3-4% to 6.50% and my upload/tracking  rates went from 90.0 to 66%. I have only had maybe 15 orders in between and they all should of been timely.  All I can think of is my ink is a little low,  but not even that bad where scans cannot process through, but again I don't think that could be. My comments are saying how fast I shipped. My first 3 DSRS are all 5.0  with the last one being 4.9. I want to contact someone in Ebay and they only have phone option. I am  hearing impaired. Any advice????
