member contacting me just to harrass me about an item

I have tried a few time to get a member to stop harrassingme about an Item they think is priced to high. They are comparing it to a another listing that is simple a component of the system I am selling, but they eant it for less than 1/3 of what it is worth. And they just wont stop. I tried being nice and explaining it, not I just get messages with "Bozo" as the answer. Why does ebay permit people like this to be members, and why is there no option to simply report them. I am not home often, when I am it's late at night, if I make a call to ebay, I'll wake up other people in the house. Doesn's seem fair. What Can I do?  There should be a proper way to filea complaint without using a phone call. This person is driving me crazy, just for the fun of it. ebay, if you are paying attention, see
