I recently ordered a collection of cards and sent the seller a money order. Payment was received and I have just receved my collection. I dont know how to mark the item as received.
Do i just archive the item since it isnt in my shopping cart? I sent the seller a message to indicate that i received it and I also gave the seller feedback. I just want to make sure Im not
missing something that will hurt my status as a buyer.
Thank you,
Brandi
You don't have to mark as received... but you can by going to your "my ebay"... "purchase history". Find the item... to the right, click "more actions" and from the drop down click "mark as received".
Paying for items with a money order is not a very good idea... as you have no online proof of payment. With few exceptions, using a money order for payment is not allowed on eBay.
money orders are not an acceptable form of payment.
the buyer has no protection, since he cannot show online that he has paid.

you can go to myebay / purchase history.
click 'more actions' to the right of the item's title.
there may be a 'mark as item receive' box there....that's where it would be.
