lock pick set listing removed

eBay has removed my listing for lockpicks ... indicating they are illegal to sell and unmailable.  Okay ... I immediately refunded the two sales I had within 12 hours of listing the sets ... but here is the rub ... try doing a search on ebay for ( locksmith-tool-key-remove ). You will find in excess of 11 listings, with at least two listing more than 200 sales !  Now examine what they are offering ... lock picks !  True, they are including wire extractors for the broken keys and there is not a torsion wrench included (a fine tipped screwdriver is a great substitute, just bend the tip 90 degrees).  Ad since these are unmailable, how the h**k are the asian and US dealers deliverying them.   Sheesh !  Anyone wanna buy 10 sets of lockpicks off ebay and local pickup only?  FYI - THAT IS SARCASM EBAY - NOT AN ATTEMPT TO CIRCUMVENT YOUR SELLING POLICIES.
