I have listed an item directly on ebay.com
but when I search "hp elite x3 rugged case" on ebay.com I see my listing only in the "international ebay sellers" section
Is that normal?
If so, then what's the difference between listing directly on eBay.com and listing on another ebay site offering shipping to the US ?
