I'm trying to list my item but its not working i connect my paypal account but ebay did't accept my paypal account what can i do now please check my account and set them. I received email on 4/25/2017 from ebay. Ebay said You can no longer sell items on eBay.

Your seller performance is not meeting the minimum requirements to sell on eBay and your seller level is now Below Standard in the GLOBAL seller performance standards program.

You won't be able to list and sell items on eBay anymore.

Our selling standards are in place to help make sure sellers deliver a great customer experience. They measure whether buyers were satisfied with your items and your customer service.

But i received emal again from ebay on 3/21/2018

Nice work! You've recently improved your seller performance on eBay in the US seller performance standards program. Your level is no longer Below Standard, and you’re now meeting the minimum requirements to sell on eBay. 
You may no longer pay a final value fee that is higher than the one you normally pay on items sold in the US.

What can i do now please check my account again and set them for me thank you
