items in cart not showing up in checkout

I have ordered 4 sets of sheets. I put them in the cart and the number 4 is seen in orange to the right of the cart symbol. However, when I proceed to checkout, only 3 of the items are listed in the cart.  I don't get it and want to know what is going on.
