My name is Lisa Baltzer. I am using my deceased husband, Kevan Baltzer’s eBay account. I have been using it since 9/21. I think the account was called kdbdbd. Unfortunately, I don’t know the password. I ordered a Noritake Virtue china set on or around October 19th. It was supposed to be here by November 2nd. According to the tracking, it hasn’t even been sent out yet. I do want this if possible because it is supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter in law. Thank you, Lisa Baltzer

You have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed to report that an item hasn't arrived.
The seller should respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If you're getting a refund, it will go back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically available within 3-5 business days.
