Hi All,
I have a minor dilemma, I sold a book sent it via Media Mail with tracking # etc. the book has been in transit for over a month, so both me and the seller has gotten screwed on the deal. Buyer paid for something he never received, I lost a sale and a book.
Should we split the loss? would PayPal buyer guarantee cover this?
