iPad mobile app functionality just got worse, anyone else see it?

The iPad ebay mobile app just took a turn for the worse in functionality. Anyone else seeing this? They just changed the layout and if you try editing your returns in it the only function is to turn that on or off. I used to be able to change returns to 30 days in the old format. Not anymore. Also the item I’m trying to relist was 30 days return and now is defaulted to 14 days. So I simply can’t just hit relist unless I want 14 days. I got an “oh well” from customer service on this. So they are limiting more and more on their app instead of enhancing its functionality. So I guess this is a rant and a question, does anyone else see this?
