when they automatically purchase on a new bid on an item, as they did with me, i have to get off of ebay. i mean, i did not pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too many people do not pay, that is why eBay now requires everyone to preauthorize automatic payment when you make a Best Offer (unless the seller has opted his/her listings out of the program).
