how to set up PayPal for payouts instead of bank

I don't want to use my checking account for payouts but PayPal.  How do I set PayPal up for that?

Sorry, that's not possible. eBay's Managed Payments requires payouts to go to a checking account or VISA or Mastercard debit card. If you don't want to use your regular checking account, you can open another one just for your eBay payouts.
