Contact your buyer. Have Him/her go to his/her Purchase history, locate the item, click RETURN THIS ITEM. Once you are notified, you can agree to the Returns Request, and a return label will be provided for the buyer to print out. Buyer prints out the label, affixes it to the package and delivers it to the carrier. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.
