how to replace item instead of refund

I sent the buyer the wrong item and had them do a wrong item sent return. The buyer prefers me to replace the item not refund, I want my item back so I had them open the case. Now I want to send them the correct item. How do I do this without sending a monetary refund?

Go to your Returns dashboard. Select View return details beside the item. Choose Send the buyer a message and then Continue. On the next Page, enter your offer to REPLACE or EXCHANGE the item and select SEND.
