how to prevent HTML content when GTC listings renew each month

Every few months my sales drop, and I find HTML content in my listings.  I contact eBay, and I am told that I must go into each individual listing and remove HTML content.  I reply that eBay inserted this content and so eBay should remove it.  So an agent removes the HTML content, and sales pick back up.  This has happened a few times.  Last month I hardly made any sales, and lost money on my store.  Then when an agent removed the HTML content sales picked back up and I made more sales in a few days than I had made all the previous month.

How can I prevent the system from inserting HTML content in my  listings when they renew?  How can I find out about and remove HTML content without having to go into the edit function of each individual listing?  How can I contact somone in a position to fix this problem once and for all?  How can I document the last time this happened, about a week ago?  Does anyone else have this problem?  Thanks --
