Did you mean:

how to mark item shipped and enter tracking number

So here is my third question.  (Disneyshopper thank you for your answers for the first two questions! I could not find a way to thank you directly, or respond.)

I have shipped my item.  I did not use an ebay label.  I cannot find how to mark the item was shipped. I entered the tracking number on a page that said to do so, only to be informed the item was no longer active (sold?  unavailable?)  The item was paid for and I want it to be marked Shipped and the buyer to have the tracking info.  Sorry, I feel a bit frustrated that the process isn't more obvious and I keep needing to ask the community ... learning the basics I guess.  Thank you again, in advance.

To Manually Add/Edit/Delete a Tracking Number or Mark an item as Shipped in My eBay:

1. Go to the Sold section of My eBay.
2. Select the check box next to the item you want to add a tracking number.
3. Click the Add tracking number button.
4. On the Add/Edit/Delete Tracking Number page, enter the tracking number.
5. In the Carrier box, enter the carrier name.

The tracking details will now appear in your Sold items, the buyer's purchase history, and in the order details.

If you're not using tracking and you want to Mark An Item As Shipped, you can go to My eBay > Sell > Sold. Select the item you want to update and select Change Status.
