how do i view old messages

I would like to view messages I have sent/received for the past few years. How do I do this?

It appears that eBay purges old messages.  My messages go back only six months.  If you have regularly archived messages, you might find older messages in that folder. If your eBay settings are configured to forward all copies to your regular email, then you might find copies there.
