how do i list an item to sell only locally

I have a piece of furniture to sell, but I can't ship it so I would like to list it for just my area and have the buyer pick it up.  How do I do that?  thanks

When creating the listing, choose "Local Pickup Only" as the only shipping option and don't select any other shipping option. eBay won't limit where it is shown, although buyers can filter items within their own driving distance when shopping for furniture and other large items.

Make sure you include LOCAL PICKUP in Cookeville, Tennessee 

in the title.  Oops.  You already have a bid, so can't revise the listing.  Hopefully, the buyer knows s/he has to pickup the item and not ask to have it shipped.
