If you're just using the 250 free listings, stay under 250 listings a month.

You currently have 373 active listings.  To avoid additional insertion fees, you need to stay under 250 listings per month.  Your fixed price listings will renew at the end of 30 days and they count toward that 250.  You may consider subscribing to a store subscription.
