hide order button missing

I like to "Hide Order" when transaction absolutely complete.  It's missing from a recently completed transaction.  It was 33 single items purchased from same seller...invoiced together, and I have checked the top button for whole order and individual items.  It seems like several options (which are available on all my other transactions) are missing.  Any idea how tofix this or "hide completed order" another way?
