I have two cases related to the order of the goods. sellers return money, but do not want to compensate for lost time. how to make them?

Hi.   Lost time???   Neither e bay or pay pal has any provision for that.    The only guarantee from e bay is money back guarantee and that covers ONLY the total amount you paid including shipping.   From pay pal they offer money back for the amount you paid for the item.   Pay pal does not require seller to refund return shipping.   

You agreed to this when you joined both e bay & pay pal.  

I don't think even Judge Judy would require money for time lost.
