harrassment by buyer

Buyer reports item came damaged.  I offered to give a refund it the item was photographed.  Buyer said that item was thrown. out. Buyer demanding refund harrasing me with profanity.  

Buyer called me innappropriate names and told me she would report me to Ebay.  I reported the buyer to eBaby.  Is there anything else I should do.  I don't want to get anymore messages from the buyer.
