I hope someone can help me because trying to get someone from ebay to help has not been successful. My business policy lists a 2 day handling time. Which is what I want but this information does not seem to be reflected in the red delivery in 4 days verbiage in my listing. There is another account on ebay area that says to set your cut off times for same day shipping and it CANNOT be blank, I did update that to 5am on friday because you have to have something in there. The default on my screen was 2pm Mon-Fri. I do not want to offer same day shipping period. I contacted ebay chat and was told my business policy says 2 days I did add some blah blah in my verbiage in my listing but anyone know how to remove the same day option period? I feel like the conflicting information will upset sellers because it would upset me if I expected same day and got a 2 day turn around.

If you are looking at your own item while signed in, you will see fast delivery. Go to the shipping tab and enter a zip from a farther state, like CA.
I am also in IL, so I see 3 day because ups ground is 1 day in state. So 2 days handling, 1 day ups. If I change my location to CA, I see 6/18 - 6/23. 6/18 is silly to CA, but 6/23 would probably be correct - you would have to check the ups delivery chart.
The same day handling cut off should only used if you select same day shipping. You should see 2 day handling when you edit your listing, although I never used business policies - I always wanted to see each piece of data entered 🙂
