I am frustrated beyond belief. I have been listing for charities for YEARS. One charity I listed for, Escondido Humane Society, consolidated their giving works accounts under one, San Diego Humane Society. Because of them doing this my listings with this charity were pulled and when I called all that CS knew was that I violated ebay donation policy. After calls, emails and threats from eBay collections (I was holding payments a whole $12 to get SOMEONE's attention) I got an email from a Daneen Peacock with paypal giving works assuring me to quote
"I have again reached out to our eBay contacts, and verified that the issue was escalated and resolved. I am not able to provide a screenshot of the notation on your account, but can assure you that the items removed will not be held against you. The explanation is also clear that the nonprofit closing the account is the reason the items were removed. You may also contact eBay Customer Support to verify this information. Daneen Peacock, Paypal giving fund community care"
so CS in the Phillipines says its my fault - even at one point accused me of being the leader of the charity (ie question "what is your involvement w charity")
I have been selling going on 16 years. Why am I the bad guy for wanting to donate my time AND money to charity? VERY frustrating.
