getting screwed by buyers lies

for some reason this is happening alot lately. i sell multiple items to one buyer and then they say that they only recieved part of it. when they open up a case, of course ebay sides with them and refunds them money and im out $$$$ and products. who else is having this problem and what are you doing about it? ebay dont want to help us sellers out so we have to help each other.
