getting paid

I am extremely upset to see that a echeck payment was cancelled by Paypal and that I was not notified by either Paypal or Ebay. The only way I happened to find out was going back over my Paypal account to see when it was suppose to go through. I sent an email also to the buyer to find out if indeed it was suppose to be cancelled and haven't heard back from even the buyer. Doesn't seem fair that I now have to wait all of the days for resolution before relisting. I believe many times that the resolution process for giving the buyer so many days to pay is unfair to the seller. My list for blocked buyers seems to being getting longer and longer. I am a very fair person and always give people longer if they need to pay and ask me for the time. It is the ones that bid, win and then don't even bother to contact me that seem to have the advantage.
