fraudulent listing

Here is an obvious fraudulent listing item number  224333045827.

Somehow the lister has disabled the REPORT ITEM feature of the listing.  This seems to be an ongoing scam.

I tried every way I could to report this item with no luck.  There doesn't seem to be any way to contact Ebay on the phone.

The listing says "Don't bid on the item, just Pay three thousand dollars direct."  There are currently 18 bids!
