I recently ordered a item from ebay and didn't receive package. The tracking number show package was shipped to my address. I went through all the steps and ebay wouldn't listen. They closed the case. Then I called ups and the seller figured out a way to show tracking to my address. Ups said the tracking number seller gave was a fraudulent number. Don't now what to do now . ebay won't even talk to me about it. What should I do. The amount was almost 150 dollars

You need documentation from UPS that the tracking number was fraudulent.  Attach this when you appeal the case.

Thank you I will get the documentation but ebay has took the item of the page and closed the case .  The page for appeal says you already filed an appeal. They won't let me present the facts. I can't call or talk to anyone on eBay. I been buying from ebay for years. 4 or 5 pacages a month. You would think they would want to help. Thanks everyone . at their Mersey

Contact by private message through media (links below), they will reply, and have better trained reps here to help you.  This is a known scam and ebay knows about it, so with the carrier's documentation you should prevail.
