first time use of Global Shipping Program—Media Mail shipping question

Hello.  

Ebay actually defaults to Global Ship when i make listings, so I had an item, a set of used text books, purchesed through the Program.  No big deal, but I have a few Qs about shipping.  First, it would be sent Media Mail, which i am not sure has tracking.  Is that okay?  Would the reference number then be sufficient should there not be tracking info available, or should i get deliver confirmation (and if so, this would be the tracking, right)?  Next, the address given is not very clear.  It gives the buyer's name, followed by:

Purpose of use (Reference number)

OREUSA1266050427AU

1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200

 Erlanger KY 41025

US

Is the address actually supposed to read "Purpose of use" on the second line (under recipient name)?  It's just unusual phrasing for a shipment.  Following the phrase, I suppose this is where I would indicate the actual reference number, but is that the same as the "item number", or something different?  I don't see another number in Order details.  The next line, whatever that means, should be just written as given, "OREUSA1266050427AU", is that right?

Finally, the buyer only paid for Media Mail domestically.  I presume the balance, to ship internationally, will be paid for by the buyer separately thru the program, correct?
