a buyer just opened a case for an item he won on 2/12. He writes that the tracking has not moved since sometime in Feb. He is in Australia. Because the auction ended past 60 days, I can not locate the tracking number in my sold items list.
Two questions: where can I find the tracking number? Is there any time frame limitation as to when a buyer can open a case for item not received?
