final value fee credit

Hi,

I have a few Unpaid item cases which are closed on time. I have e-mail from Ebay that says : "You've received a final value fee credit", but the end in my last invoice I haven't any credits. And after every ad there is a : "eBay note: This unpaid item case closed without payment and you didn't receive a final value fee credit."

Can you tell me please what can I do to receive this credits?
