feedback doesn't show up

I made a purchase from a seller (offer purchase) in which shipping speed was arranged and included in the terms of the sale.  When the package arrived late, it was the original shipping method, not the expedited shipping we agreed on.  Anyway, the **bleep** Ebay guarantee remedy is deplorable at best.  I finally gave up on the $20 refund and had left negative feedback for seller (something I have only done once or twice aside from bonafide scammers).  However, my feedback does not show up on the seller's feedback profile.  WHY NOT?  Thanks in advance.
