facing problem "your payment pending"

i bought one item from ebay last 2 weeks ago, i paid payment but still receiving msg " your payment is pending". i contact with seller he said he did not recieve any payment. and also from my acount no any transection happen. seller told me everything is ok from his side, his email and his acount he already confirmed. so where is problem? so why this msg showing to me and why seller stil not able to receive payment ?
