hi I have been using Inkfrog to list but tonight I am getting an error msg
Update Error
Incorrect eBay Business Policies API response: Internal Server Error{"description":"Value is not supported"}
I contacted IF but no answer as to what this means and how to fix whatever is causing this error in my listing.
since it references Ebay Business Policies I thought it may have something to do with Ebay. Does anyone know how to fix my listing so I can save and not get this error. thank you
It sounds like you are using ebay "business policies" for your listings. If you are, then perhaps some policy name has changed and it has not been correctly associated with your InkFrog selections.

If you are not using policies, something else is going on, and InkFrog will need to troubleshoot.
