error when I try to buy item

When I try to buy something from a seller that I have purchased from before I get an error message

The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you.

Then if I try to contact the seller I get this error

Unfortunately this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing.

This is frustrating, I have 30 items I wish to buy and the seller has over 1000 items for sale and it appears others are buying from this seller. 

Any thoughts how to correct this?

It sounds as if the seller has added you to his blocked buyer list. You'll have to find another seller.
