ebay store set up problems

I opened an ebay "starter" store in early May, 2018. Problem: when buyers click on my store icon, they are taken to a page that says "store does not exist". I called ebay and they put in a "ticket" to have problem resolved. It's been a month and still not fixed. Buyers can no longer "view sellers other items" because when they click on "visit store"...again, they are taken to a page that says "store does not exist". My sales have plummeted this past month. I cannot "edit" my store; I cannot run "specials" (10% off etc.); I cannot upload items to my store; I cannot put in a vacation hold on my listings...all of which were reasons that I opened the store in the first place. I called ebay several times and each time was told "many other sellers are experiencing the same problem" and the "internal team" is working on it. Very frustrating!! I am being "invoiced" by ebay for my store....but it doesn't exist!! and was told that I will continue to be charged for the entire one year term that I committed to....this doesn't seem right...it seems to me that I should not be charged until the store actually exists!!  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
