ebay not returning money on cancelled returns

Am I the only one who is getting the run-around from eBay about refunding money owed to us due to timed-out returns? Ebay is not honoring their own cancel date, stating that "due to covid", (Yep, someone's still using that one), we need to give our buyers another week or two.

Yes, due to the virus, they are allowing more time for buyers to return items.

All you can do is wait until they decide to close the case.
