ebay is not recognizing me address so my account has been suspended

Ebay has suspended my account because they dont regonize my address.. When I go to update it ebay says its not a valid address. It is a new address to the USPS but I get UPS and FED EX every day. Sometimes when someone ships me something UPS will say its not the right address.
How can I get EBAY to recognize my address.
