ebay incorrectly removed my item and I want to email a supervisor in that group

ebay incorrectly removed my item and I want to email a supervisor in that group and make my technical case.

Do they only have other country 2nd lanuage english speaking phone service? I find it inadequate and difficult.

I have been told my item is not authentic because it has a customs stamp inside it and because it is in good condtion and rare.

However there are others on etsy and other places on the internet. It just takes time to find them.

If my item requires certificate of authenticity and / or sales reciept then all the others on ebay do too.
