ebay bucks not displaying in listing

having problems getting ebay bucks to show in listings.  Ebay bucks don't show in listing or when I place an item in the cart but will show when I buy the item.  Problem is on three different computers, and 1 IPAD, three different browers and three different logon ID's.  The ebay bucks do display when I logon using my phone app.  I've contacted ebay support and they tell me that they are able to see the amount of potential ebay bucks in the listing, which I can't.  I'm wondering if one of the reasons for decreased ebay sales is because others are having the same problem and don't realize that the listings are offering ebay bucks.  Any ideas?
