I have had 2 customer claim to have bought an item through eCrater.com and sent payment though. I have never seen or sold through that web site so how is my items being bought though eCrater.com. In this instance the item sold and shipped 3/12/18. Two different buyers sent payment to paypal  Puchasing the item on 3/23/18 and 3/24/2018. In one instance a quantity of 5 bought on the order. I only had one listed again this sold on 3/12/18, Has anyone had this occur with eCrater and if so how did you remedy the issue?
