eBay system reverts to older database version and sold items appear unsold, edited items appear like

1. I have had a few instances already, and my account is taking beating because of the way eBay updates/backs up/ deplores its every day data changes.

Items that have been sold and are 0 quantities, appear available and people purchase them. I end up having to appologize and explain that this item has been sold. eBay desides that I am bad with my customers and punishes me with witholding my money from sales in PayPal. 

2. Today I noticed teh photos of an item that I had revised resently - very dark. Went to revise the photos again and then noticed - otehr items that I had revised are appearing as it's old version, photos, item variants, available units, etc.

I clearly cannot be sitting every day going through all items, making sure all is correct again and again.

3. There are items that I have posted a while ago - with just 2 or 3 views. I understand that people might not be interested in them, but when I try to search for them in the byers search filed - they do not even show! I called CS a couple of times about this problem, and the tech also cannot find it, then twicks something and pop - the items shows up! Asking them what they have done to have it appear - they claim - NOTHING. Nothing?!?!? 

I surely need some answers, especially if I am paying monthly fees for a store on eBay!
