I purchased a new Lenovo gaming laptop from a top-rated eBay seller and the laptop I received had a stuck pixel. I returned the laptop and thought to myself I must just be unlucky, so I bought the same model of laptop from the seller but at a lower price and it had some bundle with it. This one also had a stuck pixel so I returned it. The first transaction I got a full refund and on the second, they refunded me $180 short of the full price of the laptop. I had read when I bought it that if I returned the laptop that they would subtract $20 or so for the cost of the Xbox game pass but they took off $180. I had to contact eBay support to get the correct refund. I left a negative review on both transactions. Today I have gone back and checked my feedback profile and saw that those two reviews I had left are gone. I got no notice from eBay and they are just gone. Does eBay just remove feedback left without notifying the person who left the feedback? I find it especially strange that the second feedback was removed where I warned other customers that they tried to rip me off and short my refund $180. I would think that is important information that potential buyers should be able to see.

@dobelikedat If a buyer wins a case and receives a full refund then eBay may remove the feedback.
