This 30 day policy is ridiculous. Now I have to hold more money in my PayPal account in reserves to accommodate the scammers who break their item and then demand a return. I sell mostly gaming and electronics, and what eBay doesn't realize is that a buyer can use and BREAK their item, then claim "oh this didn't work when I got it" and we are held hostage by the "hassle free returns" and inability to leave negative buyer feedback. With a 14-day policy it lessens the amount of time a buyer can use/break their merchandise and claim a return. This is getting out of hand. eBay needs to go back to the 14 day policy. I'm a small business, not FREAKING AMAZON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
