I had a recent buyer on eBay who paurchase a laptop motherboard which was sold for parts or repair and it clearly state the board did not work. The buyer received the motherboard, and then attempted to repair it. The buyer could not fix it, and actually destroyed the board by melting plastic components, and installing incorrect components on the board. I received it back and immedietly uploaded photos to the eBay resolution center showing the clear damage that had been done to the board by the purchaser. They decided to give a full refund to the buyer. This is ABSOLUTLY appauling and dishonest on both the part of eBay and the buyer. I am looking for another avenue to pursue here because this is nothing but fraud and it is just not acceptable. I'm just wondering what experience like this anyone else has had.
