eBay Punitive Action

eBay just put a punitive restriction on my account - for 3 days I cannot sell anything.  This is because my ads title mentioned other manufacturers.  I have been doing it this way for a decade.  I called and asked them to lift this, as my I was unaware my method of title making was 'illegal'.  They said 'no', I asked to speak to a manager, they took my number and said there will be a callback.  Did not happen.   Understand I am innocent, did not know this rule existed and stand corrected.  I am not a 5-year-old who needs their hand slapped and put into a corner for some time out. 

I am 64 years old, I do not need an eBay 'spanking'.  The 'illegal' parts of my ad's title were explained, no need for punitive measures.  This is how eBay will eventually fail.  They seem to take the road of a monopoly, not caring about harming someone's lively hood, just casual disrespect, fat with money and dominance. 

Will I lose money over this?  Time being money, yes I will.  Will I recoup this money from eBay in the future?  You bet, and then some.  Will eBay lose money because of their cavalier, uncaring rudeness to me?  You better believe it.  I will see to it.
