eBay Notes not showing / are gone in Purchase History

So I have a problem I'm a very active buyer here on eBay and one of the features I like the most is the "notes" we can leave on an item after purchase in our purchase history.

Well, this is my problem. All my notes from my entire purchase list have dissapeard!!!

They used to come and go before but they're gone and it's been three days now and they still not showing up.

Even if I add a new note to a new item it won 't stay saved, it will show momentarily but after refreshing the purchase history page it's gone. I've even tried to use a different browser and still nothing.

So if any of you could shed some light in the matter it would be greatly appreciated.

I buy 100s of items every month, so my active purchase history can be very long.  I had at least a dozen items with ‘Notes’ on them as of yesterday (6/9).

This morning I found it odd that my Purchase History page was only displaying 25 items per page since my default has been 100 items per page.  After I reset it to 100 items per page, I then realized that every ‘Note’ I had was gone!  I had added at least 2 new notes and update at least 2 other notes just yesterday.  All the notes were gone, old & new.

I called eBay Customer Support and explained the situation to them.  The ECS did say they were having problems with the Purchase History page yesterday, but that was all they said.  So as of now the issue has been reported.  ECS also said they have no way of knowing if the notes will return.

Sort of scary that eBay doesn’t have back-up data of their purchase history.

Fingers crossed that they figure out the problem or at least make a Note of it!
