eBay Lost My Shoes

I’m a seller. I had Chanel sneakers listed for $1,250.00 that included eBay authentication. The listing had a complete detailed description and pictures. The shoes sold and were sent to the authenticator. The authenticator did not pass the shoes as “New and Unworn” because they had been tried on. The sale was canceled and the shoes were supposed to be returned to me. The authenticator did not return the shoes to my shipping/mailing address. They used the virtual address for my business name instead. Because they didn’t use the shipping address I never received my shoes back. I’ve contacted eBay about this several times over the course of several months and I haven’t gotten a resolution. It’s my understanding from the business address service if a package is received it is returned to sender. This means the authenticator got the shoes back. Either the authenticator kept the shoes on sent them to some department in eBay. 
These shoes were purchased new from Chanel for $1,500 and were never worn. I need to be reimbursed for the shoes or they need to be found and returned to me. My last communication with eBay about the shoes were on January 30th and I’ve heard nothing back since. 
If anyone can give me guidance on how to resolve this problem, I’d greatly appreciate it.
