Says I am enrolled but its blocking all international buyers as it shows I only ship to the US. I also tried bulk updating per their instructions but that does not work. DO I need to do anything in my account settings too under exclude shipping locations?

You need to revise your listings.

And fill this in.

I had to go to setings to exclude all international locations in order for their service to kick in. Now Ic an only edit one at a time so that it kicks in as for some reason it wont allow me to bulk edit

Yes thanks, I figured it out but it still wasn't working. So I went ahead and just chose something to revise BUT all I did was scroll thru until I got to the bottom where it said revise, and they all started working properly!
