eBay Fake Login Page

I'm already logged in to eBay. When I try to visit certain pages (like returns), or reply to a message, or even just go to ebay.com or view ANY other eBay listing, I'm asked to log in again.

With a fake login page.

Images, and source codes are attached.

If you click "register" on the first page, OR enter login info (even fake info), and click "Sign In," it takes you to the second page, asking for billing information to "verify" who you are.

If you enter fake information here, the third page asks for your credit card info.

None of the links are real. The "Forgot your password" link doesn't work. The "User Agreement," "Privacy," and "Cookies" ingo links do not work.

I get this page on Microsofty Edge, Firefox, AND Chrome.

It ONLY happens on one computer. I'm on a different computer now, and I don't see these pages.

I've run a virus scan, and a malware scan. Nothing was found.

This is clearly a fake log in page. Is anyone else seeing this? (Screenshots attached).
